How to test time-out messsages

Try this… In your Windows Search, type cmd, select “command prompt”
In the black screen where the cursor is flashing type without the quotes “ping” This checks several items and the results should look something like this…

” Pinging with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from bytes=32 time=39ms TTL=45

Reply from bytes=32 time=38ms TTL=45

Reply from bytes=32 time=40ms TTL=45

Reply from bytes=32 time=39ms TTL=45

Ping statistics for

  Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

  Minimum = 38ms, Maximum = 40ms, Average = 39ms”
